The New Orleans Girls Club (NOGC) Mentorship Program is designed to connect women in our community with experienced mentors who are eager to share their knowledge, insights, and guidance. Our goal is to empower women by fostering meaningful connections that inspire growth, learning, and collaboration.

Through a vetted application process, mentors are carefully selected to ensure they bring a wealth of experience and a genuine desire to support others. Once approved, mentors are featured on our website with a brief description of their expertise, background, and interests. This allows members seeking mentorship to browse and choose a mentor who best aligns with their personal or professional goals.

NOGC serves as a matchmaker by providing the platform for these connections. However, mentorship relationships will be independently facilitated by mentors and mentees. We encourage initial meetings to take place virtually or in-person at convenient locations, such as coffee shops or community spaces, fostering casual, productive conversations.
